So, why do New Year’s resolutions have such a low success rate? There are many reasons, but setting unrealistic expectations with all or nothing goals with little wiggle room are in most cases the biggest culprits.
If you look at each day as a new year and commit to goals that are realistic by making small changes, you can accomplish almost any goal. And instead of making resolutions, you can do other things that will help build your confidence throughout the year and years to come.
Here are some steps you can take to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself every day of the year. And remember, January 1 is not the only beginning, each day is a new opportunity for a new beginning.
